We are happy to present video for the track «Not Now!», which was created by our fans during self-isolation period. Reminding to those who missed, in the beginning of May we published a part of this track and suggested to everyone to experience it in front of the camera.

NEW ALBUM «SHOW THE SUN»

It was the last year when we wrote a song «ShowThe Sun». That time we couldn’t even think that it would give a title to our new album. We were not aware in general that we would soon sit down to recording it, ‘cos we were working on separate small releases.
The main idea of the title defined it’s meaning and helped us to select the right tracks.
«Show The Sun» is an album about dark times, about hope. That hope that lives in every one of us, the hope that we all almost ran out of. The album will be available both in digital and physical format, this includes limited amount of vinyl to be purchased exclusive on Planeta.ru.

We are happy to present another new song devoted to the current situation right here and right now. We, as well as many others, are above all highly disturbed with the pandemy. But besides this we have an important question of the new ammendments to The Constitution in our country. New song appeared as a result of our reflection about the present events. A week age we released a new single called «Good Tszar, Familiar Stink». Both these tracks — a tribute to Grazdankskay Oborona and the song called «Spring» complement each other and should be treated as a dilogy, which is reflected in the artworks for both singles.

When we knew about the plans to change The Constitution of our country we started to wonder what this may mean. We saluted to all the suggestions that were designed to improve the life of common people, our fellow citizens, who are currently in difficult financial situation. It was not evident how the events will unfold, when the current term of Vladimir Putin will come to an end and what changes we should expect in the bodies of the authority and to what it will bring us all. All the questions about the purpose of this Constitutional reform were made clear by Duma member Tereshkova [Valentina Tereshkova, first woman in space, hero of The USSR, as a Russian Parliament member on March 10, 2020 has put forward a constitutional ammendment that allows President Putin to stay in power till 2036 - translator's note] .

The very day The Constitutional Court of The Russian Federation accepted the legacy of Putin’s previous presidential terms are zeroed out as a result of the new constitutional ammends in the main law document of our country, we recorded the draft copy of our version of «Good Tsar, Familiar Stink» by Grazhdanskaya Oborona. In our days this song [originally released in 1987 - TN] plays out in fresh colours, but fills our hearts with bitter irony over the same old meanings.

The way the decisions on this reform are made and have been made before; how the authorities were in a rush with the nation-wide vote, not to leave citizens a chance to understand the true nature of changes; the fact that it is suggested to vote for all the changes as one unit — all the mentioned above excites disgust, non-acception and anger in us. The global tragedy recalibrated this plan, which we treat as a yet another fraud against our nation. Pandemy has postponed the voting, this gives us all time and opportunity to understand what is really going on. All the positive initiatives of this reform should be fulfilled by people in power as a part of their duty. Just because this is their direct responsibility and not a part of a deal in exchange toreset to zero all the previous years in power of a current state leader. And this can be easily achieved. We suppose all the constitutional ammendments must be cosidered separately in the nation-wide vote. This refers to zeroing out the President’s previous terms as well. Our wish to support disadvantaged fellow citizens should not become a hostage in hands of authorities’ political ambitions. We are for reform, but against fraud! Join us! Dear friends, please accept our congratulations with all the winter holidays, we are happy to present our new version of the live video of «Fear» concert, which took place in Moscow on November 8, 2019. Not everything can be done perfect while being on air, so when we ended the first leg of our tour we worked on cutting the video, edited the colour and remastered the sound. We are excited with the final result!

«BULLETS» TO DEBUT ON-AIR WITH NASHE RADIO

The song “Bullets” will be presented for the first time at Nashe radio’s “Chartova Dyuzhina” on April 13. Track was included in compilation of previously unreleased songs “Lost and Found” published in late March. “Bullets” was written long time ago and for many years stayed as an unfinished demo. Earlier this year we added new parts to it, but left most part of the original draft with no changes. That’s why we managed to preserve the atmosphere of early 2000s and sound-wise we decided to bring the song closer to our current style. If you like the song, you can traditionally support it in the chart by voting for it on Nashe radio site.
